TITLE: Pueblo Mechanical Service Technician

REPORTS TO: Service Foreman

JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Be part of the largest mechanical team in Arizona. Your potential is unlimited at Pueblo Mechanical. Our Service Technician's have required accreditations including EPA certification and generally has more than 3 years’ experience in the field of HVAC service and repair. The Service Technician specializes in maintaining and repairing commercial grade HVAC equipment including but not limited to unitary products up to 125 tons, all VRF products, chillers, boilers, and heat exchangers. Training on all our offerings is encouraged and provided by the company to excel your career.

Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and/or VRF systems.

Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus.Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.

Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.

Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on-call rotation and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.

Take an active role to ensure a level of customer satisfaction that is above and beyond customer expectations.

On a rotational basis, be available to work weekends and evenings for emergency service needs of our customers.

Must have a good driving record and possess a valid driver's license and EPA license.

Ability to frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs
