Service Representatives at Modern Woodmen deliver exceptional service to members and field representatives relating to a wide variety of topics including Modern Woodmen life insurance, annuities, and fraternal benefits.

This opportunity is in an inbound service center which responds to telephone and digital interactions from 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.

m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming interactions, analyze the requests, utilize various sources of information, identify issues, and determine the best resolution and response for the inquiries.
• Document details of each interaction.
• Listen, understand, and communicate professionally in a variety of situations, referring interactions to production areas as determined by training.
• Participate in training and educational programs, including programs designed to monitor inquiries to improve service and assist in basic training on select topics

What we offer :

• Pay : The hourly pay for this position is $19.50 / hour with an increase to $20.73 / hour after six months of employment and successfully completing training requirements.
• Work Arrangements : This is a full-time hybrid position : 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
