Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dermatology and/or medspa management and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management, financial oversight, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, the practice manager will be responsible for building non-clinical and clinical teams along with overseeing marketing and public relations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the practice.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Monitor financial performance of the practice.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
