Modern Racing is Hiring an Inventory Specialist Near Mooresville, NC

We're looking for motivated self-starters that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. We're hiring for a parts and inventory specialist here in our race shop. This position revolves around in-house inventory management and assisting other departments with their part needs. Pay based upon experience.

This position's duties include (But are not limited to):

  • Assisting race team and shop with part orders
  • Physical inventory checks
  • Replenishing stock
  • Answering phones
  • Limited customer interactions
  • Receiving and shipping packages
  • Previous warehouse, assembly, production, or equivalent experience is a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus

Qualifications:
- Proficient memory and recall
- Ability to differentiate long part number sequences from one another
- Talent for keeping area organized and tidy
- Proficient in putting together small packages and assemblies
- Desire to improve day-to-day operations and efficiency
- Ability to schedule and utilize time wisely
- Understanding of basic computer functions
