RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs standard bindery functions including cutting, folding, booklet making, band-wrapping, and boxing orders according to job specifications.
• Processes customer orders for shipping by creating air bills and shipping labels based on designated delivery carrier specifications.
• Follows quality control procedures to include checking press sheet for imperfections such as press hickies, offset color, and incorrect bleeds.
• Cleans bindery area as needed.
• Operates forklift to move materials.
• Assists Shipping/Bindery Lead as needed.
• Other duties as assigned and/or needed.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• General mechanical ability.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
