Modern Metal Roofing, LLC is Hiring a Comptroller Near Franklin, IN
- Oversee the organization’s financial operations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets and promote operational efficiency
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, treasury, and tax, to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field…CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Comptroller or in a similar financial management role for a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls
- Proficient in using financial management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- This requires being on-site at our corporate headquarters during the M – F workday 8 AM – 5 PM ET
