Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help oversee janitorial staff in one of our office buildings downtown.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Pay is $24/hr.

The responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor include:

• Oversight of on-site janitorial staff, up to 20 employees.
• Assign work schedules and routes to staff.
• Training and quality control.
• Responsible for covering routes as needed.
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Helping plan and prepare work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Work closely with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met
