Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for multiple shifts for outside pallet work and truck washing.

Wage: $16/hr. $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30AM - 2:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Clean out trailers
• Remove and stack pallets for forklift removal
• Clean debris along fence line
• Wash trucks with hose and scrub with brush and soap
• Other job duties as needed

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 80 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
• Must be able to climb in and out of trailers
• Required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
