***This position is short term, 12-week contract to cover leave for another employee.***

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets from basic to escalating issues.
• Local Hardware and Services supply/management in co-ordination with other corporate departments and suppliers
• Participating in Development/Request For Change (RFC) projects and working closely with users in co-ordination with corporate departments
• Monitoring and Management of Processes and User Accounts
• Provision of Out of Hours Emergency support on a rotating basis
• Implementation of Departmental Policies and User Training
• To undertake any other duties specified by the IS S&O Director / L2 IS S&O Analysts
• Physically able to manual handle small loads i.e. Computer screens, printers and base units etc

• Knowledge of industrial environments
• Prior IT help desk experience is desired but not a must
• Spanish language skills would be a plus!

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $25.78 - $32.16 per hour
