Seiler Instrument & Manufacturing Company, located in St. Louis County, has a position available in the Shipping/Receiving Department. We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. Candidates for this position will be required to follow department shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspect incoming shipments and verify information against packing lists
- Handle and transport received shipments to internal recipients
- Resolving packing list problems by working with team members
- Pack and palletize equipment for shipping
- Create shipping labels
- Process and maintain accurate paperwork

- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in Shipping/Receiving, manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and use a pallet jack
- Proficiency using basic hand tools
- Self starter with strong ability to problem solve
- Excellence in time management and tackling multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills are essential in this team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and bend and kneel frequently
- Candidate should be respectful and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
