As an ambassador for Modern IT, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering hands-on IT support directly to our clients, embodying our values of informed stances, demystifying IT, and building a better future together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support to clients, ensuring unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction.

• Offer support at various client sites as required, with travel expenses reimbursed. (Note: Role is primarily based in Baldwin Park with occasional travel to client sites)

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues with precision and efficiency.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software to optimize client operations.

• Educate and empower clients with best practices and innovative IT solutions tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions that drive business success.

• Stay at the forefront of IT trends and technologies, continuously seeking improvement and innovation.

• Uphold Modern IT’s values and brand standards in every client interaction, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

• Proficient technical knowledge encompassing computer systems, hardware, and network management.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities, ensuring effective issue resolution and client satisfaction.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, evident in past support experiences.

• Dedication to continuous learning and growth, with a commitment to staying updated on industry advancements.

• Understanding of helpdesk/support desk processes is highly advantageous.
