Essential Duties: Assemble, fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units. Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as: Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents, Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.
Knowledge and Abilities: Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Basic Computer Skills. Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. Knowledge and use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Leeplug installation tools.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 – 3 years manufacturing/assembly experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
Special Requirements: Specific Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to wear clean room attire for clean room assembly.
