We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of property maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping and lawn care.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and HVAC systems.
• Complete repairs and renovations as needed, including carpentry work, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations for company vehicles.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or property maintenance technician.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or vocational training is a plus.
