As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture cannabis products according to standard operating procedures
- Follow strict quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately record production data and maintain detailed production logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Salary

$18 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Understanding of quality control processes and procedures
