Digital dentistry sets us apart and we focus on family, cosmetic and implant dentistry. We accept most insurances and have high new patient flow and a happy stable team. This is the right place for an experienced assistant that practices digital dentistry and looking for a stable home or a new assistant looking for mentorship and has interest in the areas we focus on.

Dentrix/Dexis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities as a Lead Clinical Assistant :

• Educate and speak to patients in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Clinical ordering of supplies

• Maintaining office stock

• Dental assistant school is required

• Speak to patients about dental concerns

• Keep the basic day to day procedures smooth

• Sterilization techniques

• Self-motivated, goal oriented and driven to succeed.

• Firm commitment to caring for our patients.

• High level of professionalism.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort

• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

• Sterilize instruments according to regulations

• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

• Undertake lab tasks as instructed

• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked

• Proven experience as dental assistant

• Outgoing and cheerful personality

• Able to pack cord and make temporary impressions

• Understanding of health & safety regulations

• Attention to detail

• Well-organized and reliable

• Taking care of all doctors needs and requests

• CAD / CAM experience and digital dentistry
