Salary: $33000.00 - $39000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, payments, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including responding to customer inquiries like billing, adding vehicles, policy questions, and processing endorsements. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for life insurance, 401k, and retirement services, ensuring thorough preparation and excellent customer service throughout the process.
Requirements
  • The preferred candidate would have an active Kansas Property and Casualty License with previous Insurance experience.
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
