JOB PURPOSE

The Manager of FP&A will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide accurate financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and present findings to senior leadership.
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis activities.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units and departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and financial software applications. Experience with Adaptive or similar preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods or direct selling preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data to drive strategic decisions.
• Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000
