Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:Review order confirmations, conduct order audits, track submissions, and actively participate in production meetings.
  • Reporting: Collaborate in creating and maintaining sales reports, tracking sales performance, and monitoring bid activity.
  • Planning: Assist in executing annual objectives, planning customer events, training sessions, and more.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers for registration, titling, and delivery instructions with a values-driven approach.
  • Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, promptly address production issues, and communicate delivery completion to the accounting team.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative, sales, or organizational support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Management software, and contact management software
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a values-driven mindset
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills rooted in our core values
  • Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
  • Capable of sitting, standing, moving around, bending, stooping, and lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • May be required to climb stairs.
