Moda Operandi is Hiring a Remote Private Client Advisor- Dallas, TX

The Private Client Advisor is responsible for driving revenue by offering curated product selections and consistently providing a superior level of service to Moda’s top clients. Through passionate fashion expertise Private Client Advisors are responsible for increasing customer conversion and retention, introducing new customers to Moda and creating brand loyalty. 

This is a remote position however we are seeking candidates with clients in the following target markets: Toronto, Dallas, Austin, Southern California, San Francisco - Bay Area, New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively curate product edits for clients based on their personal style, affinities, and lifestyle needs
• Effectively manage and develop a book of actively engaged, high net worth clients 
• Establish strong personal relationships with clients through digital service and outreach to encourage customer growth and retention
• Meet and exceed sales goals and department KPI’s
• Act as a fashion innovator, possessing a self driven passion for discovery and comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry 
• Consistently engage new and potential clients to introduce to Moda Private 
• Respond to customer queries and needs efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results
• Act as a business owner and positive brand advocate

Qualifications:

• Experienced stylist, personal shopper or retail associate in luxury fashion with an established active clientele valued at $1M annually required 
• 3 year minimum sales experience required 
• Proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets
• Superior market, product & brand awareness
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships via digital platforms
• Autonomous self-starter & confident decision-maker
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• Written & spoken fluency in at least one other foreign language advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
