At Mochio Donut, we believe that every day is better with a delicious donut in hand. As a cashier, you will be the face of our small business, greeting customers with a warm smile and providing them with exceptional service from the moment they step through our doors. Additional duties include making drinks for customers which will be taught- experience is a plus!

Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and ensure they have a delightful experience.
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring that customers receive their favorite donuts and beverages promptly.
• Provide product information and make personalized recommendations to enhance customers' choices.
• Operate the cash register with precision and handle financial transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude that brightens up the store environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
