Partnering directly with media giants such as Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and Warner Media as well as brands like Lucid Motors and Riot Games -- MOCEAN is recognized for creating the kind of strikingly original campaigns that energize audiences and turning them into consumers. Our AV Graphics Creative Director will work to support the AV Graphics needs of the Theatrical team. We work in collaboration to establish creative strategy, budgets, and schedules, for design projects through execution. Creative Directors lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of accomplished Motion Designers, Animators, Finishers, and Project Managers, while demonstrating strong proficiencies in motion, design, and animation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to introduce innovative methods of creative execution
• Advocate design concepts to various internal and external stakeholder audiences
• Provide leadership across a multi-disciplinary creative team
• Develop design concepts and execute creative materials as required
• Convey and develop overall interactive team design vision by defining group direction and goals
• Assign creative leads and develop project team
• Provide influencing ideas to enhance department productivity
• Lead/direct work intake and overall design project assignment process

Requirements 

• 7 years of experience in design and animation
• 5 years of supervisory experience in AV Graphics environment 
• Demonstrated experience in Theatrical Trailer graphics in an agency setting 
• Technical experience should include Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D, as well as working knowledge of Maya and Nuke
• Available to work additional hours as needed on a project-by-project basis

Compensation BenefitsSalary range: $175,000 - $200,000 (Exempt) The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience and geographic location.
