Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory control, team management, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in retail management. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints - Create and maintain a positive shopping environment for customers - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Implement effective shift management to ensure adequate staffing coverage - Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards - Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions Skills: - Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on building customer loyalty - Proficient in retail math calculations for sales analysis and inventory control - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required - Experience in inventory control to manage stock levels efficiently - Proven ability in team management, including hiring, training, and motivating employees - Cash handling experience with attention to detail for accuracy - Previous experience in store management or related field We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
