Multiples Office Location in North California.

San Bruno; Santa Rosa and Redding.

1. Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.

2. Develop and maintain technical working knowledge of the durable medical equipment (DME) products and services offered by the Company and all applicable government regulations.

3. Manage daily deliveries and pickups according to geographic territory to reach service goals.

4. Deliver and set up required equipment in the patient’s residence in accordance with industry standards.

5. Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment as required in accordance with Company’s policies.

6. Educate patients on proper use and care of DME equipment in a home setting.

7. Complete patient delivery and service reports following setup and follow-up visits as required.

8. Able to diagnose in resolving patient equipment problems under emergency conditions.

9. Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policies and procedures

10. Safely drive and maintain company vehicle. Performs routine vehicle maintenance including the checking of gasoline, oil fluids, tire pressure and brakes.

11. Able to work independently with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record (Preferred)
