Mobility City of North Texas is Hiring a Store Manager/Sales Associate Near Plano, TX

Mobility City Store Manager/Sales Associates provide coverage in all showroom related activities. These include sales, maintenance of the showroom, scheduling, and renting products. They provide excellent customer service in store and on the phone. They are the point of contact for new and existing customers.

Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist in showroom providing excellent customer service with respect to solving customers challenges. Make proper recommendations for equipment solutions.

· Share the features and benefits of equipment and provide recommendations for solutions.

· Instruct customer on proper use and maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper fitment.

· Follow up on web leads (forms submissions) within 15 minutes of receipt.

· Answer the phones promptly. Respond to questions, make recommendations, and process credit cards to confirm orders.

· Enter all sales in Verosa/QuickBooks Online capturing all customer information and processing credit cards.

· Ensure Method is updated with respect to rental fleet status and customer information.

· Pursue Google 5-star reviews utilizing Avochato.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

· Participate in continuing education/training in-services relative to products that Mobility City sells, deliveries, and services.

· Maintain showroom appearance through proper merchandising and cleaning procedures.

· Ensure all equipment is fully charged at all times.

Manage technician schedule by booking jobs in Method and ensuring that they have enough time to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

· High School diploma or GED.

· Current valid driver's license.

· Pass criminal background check.

Skills Required:

1. Communication and interpersonal skills for frequent contact with customers as well as stakeholders external to Mobility City. Ability to persuade or negotiate on a wide range of subjects in situations which may be controversial, sensitive and/or lead to confrontation.

2. A mastery of a variety of communication skills is required to include selling skills, making formal recommendations, and use of technology. Also working with manufacturer customer service teams as necessary.

3. Leadership skills including demonstrated willingness to pursue opportunities/roles with increasing levels of accountability. Comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others (including customers and stakeholders).

4. Proficiency in the use of personal computers, demonstrated competence with word processing, database and spreadsheet software.

5. Analytical ability to occasionally diagnose/troubleshoot problems with mobility equipment. Evaluate moderate to complex electrical components/systems and determine cause of issue and determine solution.

Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment:

The physical/mental demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job:

· Ability to regularly stand, talk, bend, stretch, pull or push and lift items of a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance. Ability to climb ladders.

·Ability to frequently communicate with customers, families, co-workers, etc. Must be able to exchange accurate information in given situations.

· Attention to detail to follow up inventory and parts orders, proper pricing of equipment and following all processes without exception.

· A positive outlook and attitude at all times in the face of those who may be experiencing difficult situations or conditions.
