Sales Associate/Solution Specialist Job Description:

• Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers
• Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist in maintaining store appearance
• Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store
• Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• Minimum of one-year experience in cash handling
• Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience
• Proficient computer skills
• High School diploma or GED
