Job Summary:

Bilingual Counter Salesperson will be assisting customers with questions and interchanges in an Auto Parts Salvage Yard.

Essential Job Duties:

• Receive payment for parts being purchased and issue the correct change
• Assign all parts being purchased with part numbers for correct pricing
• Assist customers with questions
• Issue interchanges for specific parts
• Ensure all customers entering the facility have signed and placed birth date on waiver
• Inspect all toolboxes and bags entering the facility for parts
• Inspect all toolboxes and bags before customer exits for any parts not paid for
• Keep work area clean and hazard free

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Must have cash handling knowledge
• Automotive knowledge is a plus
• Basic computer skills are needed
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)l is a must
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Standing for extended periods of time is required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Attention to detail is a must
