Job Qualification/Job Duties

• 2 years of full cycle high volume recruiting experience in HR/recruiting; Medical Staffing Agency or Skilled Nursing Facility Recruiting a plus.
• Proven experience using creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates via major job boards, social media, professional networking events, employee referrals, and other methods.
• Funnel Candidate Pipelines. Must give examples.
• Collaborate and partner with staffing managers on an on-going basis to review staffing requirements and plans.
• Experience building lasting relationships and sustaining a candidate network of active and passive candidate for interest and suitability for current and future positions.
• Have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate
• (NO JOB HOPPERS)
• Have experience in recruiting high volume candidates and be able to demonstrate.
• Have strong Organizational Skill Sets
• Be a people person

You will be compensated additional revenue and benefits of:

• Generous Base Pay of $40,000.00
