Latsko Management is actively seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician in Bethel Park, PA location.

The individual will be responsible for providing property maintenance services at our corporate Bethel Park Office, a residence in South Park, and on occasion other satellite office locations. Maintenance experience in repairing plumbing, carpentry repairs, and basic electrical system knowledge will be required. The following tasks will be required:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances.
2. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance issues.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and CEO.
4. Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and snow removal.
5. Ensure common areas, walkways, and parking lots are clean and well-maintained.
6. Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for larger repairs or projects.
7. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
8. Manage vehicle maintenance, such as maintaining company vehicle registrations and taking company vehicles to the shop for scheduled maintenance.
9. Repair fencing, minor roofing maintenance, and general building repairs.
10. Buy and deliver supplies, as needed.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and guests.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
3. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
4. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Proven ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and communicate with supervisor
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to develop positive relationships and respectful communication with co-workers, clients, and supervisor
10. Ability to pass background check and drug test
11. Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, and decision-making skills
12. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
