- WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY SCHEDULING ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS (Block Scheduling, etc). If your traveler cannot work the posted schedule please redirect them from this posting.
- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- Traveler must be willing to work all Holidays (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during holidays will not be approved
- Minimum 2 years of current PT experience
- Outpatient Ortho experience
- Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
- EPIC and Expro experience - Preferred
- NH license must be in hand at profile upload
- Cover page (if available/not required)
- Work History
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH License ((or compact)) and BLS)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
