Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 12
Shift Notes: 1 evening shift (6:30 pm-7 am) No Call / Every Other Weekend ( 36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On-Call Requirements: No Call
COVID Vaccination: n/aTravel Policy: n/aDress Code: Matching Scrubs of any Color - Prefer Gray or Teal
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you can positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents that you care for by providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the Nursing Assistants. This care is following the Nurse Practice Act; current federal, state, and local standards. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ensures quality care is maintained at all times.

- At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- Covid Vaccine Required - Religious/Medical Exemptions allowed*
