POSITIONSUMMARY :

Prescribes andadheres to hospital policy in all personal and professionalinteractions while on duty in and around the facility.

RNdemonstrates great customer service by mentoring the hospitalsthree core principles of Exceptional Care Passionate Services andUnexpected Luxury in all of her job duties andresponsibilities.

Under the supervision of theUnit Manager / ADON / DON the RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for a group of residents / patients for a shift ofduty.

Nursing care is provided through assessment implementationand evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standardsof care for the area manages the environment to maintainresident / patient safety and supervises the resident / patient careactivity performance by nursing assistants and helpers.

Follows allhospital policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by theState Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast two years of SNF / LTC Med Surg experience
• BLS (AHA)
• Covid Vaccine Required Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on acasebycase basis.
• This is a challenging locationto work at. This need is not for LPNs who may have difficultyhandling highpaced / stressfulclimates.
