Traveler Policy : The local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35-mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler.

Dress Code : Matching Scrubs

• Nonbillable Hours : 12 hours of initial hours
• OT / Holiday / Call back Markups : 1.1x Regular rates
• Extension Discount : $1 / hr on the initial extension.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 Years of CT Experience - Required
• X-Ray Experience - Required
• Experience with Philips / Siemens - Required
• Prior travel experience - Highly preferred

• References NOT required.
• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
• Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler'

• Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
• Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
