We need an outgoing full-time Floating Senior Sales Specialist with a focus on great customer service to join our sales team. We are looking for winners who love the latest technology and are looking for a career with growth potential. Candidate is capable of individually producing superb sales results and inspiring others to do the same. Has the ability to understand and deliver on company sales goals, customer satisfaction KPIs, productivity and overall profitability. This is a base plus commission position. 

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

The Position: Floating Senior Sales Specialist 

Requirements:

• 1 year of successful Sales experience, wireless preferred 
• Flexibility to work between 5-6 different throughout a district
• Experience with a proven track record of strong individual sales performance, driving key metrics, profitability.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and overall sales skills
• Experience in mentoring, training, development
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a competitive team environment
• Creativity in problem-solving and attention to detail
• Full Time Position, Retail hours. 

Responsibilities:

• Meet and Exceed all personal Sales and Operations Goals
• Float between multiple retails locations and produce sufficient sales meeting location production standards
• Mentor, train, and become a resource for new associates when working together
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company. 
•  Build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others 

The Location: Mobile Generation currently operates 28 retail stores across IL, IN, & WI
