This is technical work in the design, implementation and maintenance of network communications for use in electronic data processing operations.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in computer science, telecommunications or closely related field, and a minimum of one year's experience in the design, installation and maintenance of network communications; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.For details, please see Class Specifications | NETWORK SPECIALIST I | Class Spec Details (governmentjobs.com)
