Job Title: Morning Store Manager - Mobil Gas Station and Convenience Store

Responsibilities:

• Cashier Duties:
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service at the checkout counter.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify the accuracy of shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficient operations.
• Sales Rep Interaction:
• Coordinate with sales representatives to manage product orders and promotions.
• Communicate any issues or feedback regarding products or deliveries.
• Stock Management:
• Stock coolers and shelves with merchandise according to store standards.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Keep track of expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of both the interior and exterior of the store.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or requests.
• Provide product recommendations and assistance with locating items.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Work Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Work Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Experience in a managerial or supervisory position is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in business management or retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
