Job Description:

We are looking for Assistant Manager with retail sales and management experience. We are looking for an individual to work closely with Store Manager to ensure the smooth transition of day shift into night shift. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and delegate staff

· Excellent communication skills with Store Managers and staff

· Excellent skills in training and mentoring staff

· A demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments

· Time management skills to balance multiple priorities

· Excellent customer service

· Store closing (registers, clean up, etc.)

· Merchandising and maintaining attractive displays

· Receiving and processing of products

· Office and computer skills with common programs including Excel, Word, email, etc.

· The ability to lift 50 lbs
