Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, summarize, and report data collected for monthly and quarterly performance improvement quality metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Track progress/performance of new and existing clinicians
• Assist in conducting inspections on supplies and inventory to ensure compliance with quality requirements and expirations
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in quality improvement projects
• Assist nurses with patient care related needs when deemed necessary
• Participate as appropriate in assisting clients to educate and inform their staff
• Ability to travel between contracted facilities within the workday
• Other duties as required

• Strong understanding of nursing roles, qualifications, and healthcare industry regulations

Educational Requirements:

• CCHT certification
• BLS (renewal every 2 year)
• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in dialysis (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or move at least 15 pounds
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
