Mobi Tires is Hiring a Lube and Tire Technician Near Bozeman, MT

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tire and Lube Technician to join our growing mobile team!

Position Summary: As a Mobile Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site tire and oil change services to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently, yet simultaneously as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform on-site tire services, such as tire installation, including TPMS installation and re-learning.
2. Execute oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently, precisely, and in a clean manner.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to tires and vehicle lubrication.
4. Perform short & simple/basic inspections with each service to provide customers with an overall condition report of their vehicle.
5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:
1. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
3. Experience in performing tire services.
4. Proficient in conducting oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
5. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
6. Familiarity with driving in Montana weather and landscapes is preferred.
7. Ability to work independently throughout the work day, but also be willing and able to work as a team.

8. Pass a drug test.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
