Position Overview: As a Graphic Artist with expertise in packaging design, marketing, social media, and digital content creation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity of our brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging Design:
- Develop eye-catching and effective packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and printing techniques to ensure cutting-edge and market-relevant packaging solutions.
- Marketing and Social Media:
- Create visually engaging marketing collateral for various channels, including social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate graphics for promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.

- Create content for product listings to optimize conversion.
- Digital Content Creation:
- Design compelling digital content for online platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels, maintaining a strong focus on user experience and visual appeal.

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online brand visibility and engagement through visually appealing content.
- Branding:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand values and translate them into cohesive visual elements.
- Print Techniques:
- Apply a deep understanding of print techniques and production processes to ensure the successful execution of designs across various print mediums.

- Liaise with print vendors to oversee the quality and consistency of printed materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design and branding for CPG brands.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media trends.
- Knowledge of digital content creation and optimization for online platforms.
- Familiarity with print techniques and production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
