Mo' Bettahs is a Utah-based company founded by brothers Kalani and Kimo Mack in 2008. Their goal was to give their customers the same delicious experience they had while growing up on Oahu, Hawaii and enjoying the culinary landscape. Since opening our doors, we have been committed to providing a first-rate dynamic experience with excellent customer service, while upholding an authentic Hawaiian culture that encompasses "Pono" or doing what is right all of the time!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership training roles or retail/food servicemanagement roles.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

A typical day as the Leadership Training Specialist at Mo' Bettahs is built on the pursuit of growing and developing store leaders to fill growth opportunities at existing and new locations! You will ensure that there are clear training materials, modules, and pathways in place to be used by the operations team to develop leaders in their current roles and up to the next level. You will maintain a cohort of Training Stores and spend time in those locations providing coaching and support to those leaders as well as checking progress and providing feedback on current individuals going through leadership training programs. Feedback and coaching will be provided to the operations team on areas of success as well as areas of opportunity to improve the quality of the training experience. This role requires managing calendars and tasks lists, as well as leading others through non-direct reporting relationships.
