COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary - $55k-$75k

• Monthly Bonus Potential - $1,000 – Annual bonus potential $13,000

• Monthly Stay Bonus Potential - $2,250 – Annual bonus potential $29,250

• Bonus is based on hitting targets in 4 main areas - Sales, COGS, Labor, SLEBITA

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management

• Proven track record of successfully promoting team members

• Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team

• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the execution of the brand daily

• Competent in all FOH & BOH position

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH

• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth

• Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times

• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible foroverall customer reviews

• Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahsstandards

• Coordinate and lead weekly meeting with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, andCertifiedTrainer

• Review weekly employee schedules

• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffingguide, completeonline ordering, inventory, etc.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture

• Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain aneat and clean appearance

• Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined inthe employee handbook

• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-2 year’s work experience at Mo’ Bettahs or other restaurant

• Basic experience with computers, ie. Microsoft Suite, email

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds,bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May berequired to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen,using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked todrive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to workresponsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/orover-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essentialfunctions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
