A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day as a District Manager at Mo' Bettahs is pleasant and upbeat! You will mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district. You will ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district, especially regarding deployment, team building, and strategic people development. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The DM will handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to new processes and systems
