Responsibilities :
Conduct prior art and freedomtooperate searches for patentabilityand freedomtooperate analysis
Draft highqualityU.S. patent applications

Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have a Biologyrelated PhD
Must beeligible for USPTO admissions
Superior academiccredentials required
Outstanding writing ability isrequired
2 years of top law firm patent prosecutionexperience in a broad range of biology applications which mayinclude molecular and cellular biology Genetics and / orImmunology.
Anticipated Base SalaryRange
The anticipated base salaryrange is $per year. Actual salary will depend on several factorsincluding but not limited to specific qualifications jobrelatedskills and relevantexperience.
