Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence.

Duties:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status
- Implement behavior management techniques as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing homes, senior care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and first aid procedures
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
