MN International Enterprises is Hiring a Construction Superintendent (Dental/Healthcare Construction) Near Bel Air, MD
Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience working for a Commercial Construction General Contractor
- Must have 1-2 years of Interior Fit Out experience.
- Experience with email and Procore, or similar software used for marking up drawings, and tracking RFIs and Punchlist.
- Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication abilities and professional writing skills, ability to write technical emails to Architects and Project Managers.
- Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating with multiple trades.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction code.
- Must have your own personal vehicle for transportation and a valid drivers license.
Schedule is Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
