Minnesota Craniofacial Center for TMJ & Sleep Treatment is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, well-organized, caring, and fun person to join our team as a Treatment and Financial Coordinator. We need YOUR experience and expertise to provide amazing patient care helping patients understand their treatment and building strong relationships. We are committed to improving our patient’s quality of life through relieving pain, restoring function, improving sleep, and optimizing health. We treat head and neck pain, TMJ pain, migraines, sleep apnea as well as other specialty services. Our focus is on patient-centered care with a comprehensive approach to treatment.

You must have excellent communication skills and be confident in your knowledge of our services, which we will train you on. We require knowledge of all facets of the duties in a professional front office. We are looking for someone who loves working with people. You will need excellent verbal and written communications skills to help our patients feel comfortable and welcome while they are here with us.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Clear and positive phone communication skills
• Ability to collect money comfortably
• An understanding of insurance processes
• The ability to speak with patients about their treatment plans
• Experience with medical or dental billing
