MN Care Services is Hiring a Direct Support Professional Near Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation.
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals
- Promote and maintain the rights and dignity of residents
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Understanding of resident rights and advocacy
Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all necessary skills.
