MMS Group is seeking an experienced Porter/Groundskeeper for a 168 -unit, multi-family residential building located in New York, NY.

The work schedule is:

• Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Sun – 12:00 pm (noon) to 8:00 pm
• Tues & Wed – Off

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
• Report all notable concerns such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Keep the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner; check property throughout the day
• Other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

• Minimum high school education or equivalent

• Adherence to work-safety and risk management programs
• Professional and reliable
