MMI Hotel Group is now managing Fontana Village located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and is under new ownership who plan on making the lodge a destination for families, groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Fontana Village is now hiring for grounds maintenance. In this position grounds maintenance workers help with grass mowing, edging, and fertilization of lawns. Other duties include weed and mulch landscape beds and plant flowers and shrubs. Will remove damaged, dead, or unwanted plants. In addition to all this, they water gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
If you understand the importance of cleanliness and appearance, have an eye for details, and can work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays this could be the job for you.
The physical demands for this position including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
