Graphic Designer

Position Summary

At MMG, each member of our team is essential as we build the brokerage of the future. Responsible for working alongside our creative, research and sales team to develop a wide range of digital and web-based projects, our Graphic Designer role will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning solutions that drive our company's growth and success. A true team player, they not only drive forward corporate initiatives that achieve visibility and strategic growth but also rally the team, fostering a winning culture of creativity and collaboration. With creativity and innovation at the forefront, this individual has attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, excellent visual design skills, and a high sense of cohesive brand identity.

Essential Functions

  • Create and edit marketing packages, proposals, property listings, and property tour videos.
  • Develop digital collateral, social media, website, video, and email graphics.
  • Work with our in-house research team to build blog content, reports, and social media campaigns.
  • Lead the development of WordPress content, working in collaboration with senior designers and research teams.
  • Initiating new design projects as assigned and assist senior team members in completing larger projects.
  • Develop visually stunning materials, including data visualization, while upholding MMG brand standards and guidelines.
  • Take projects from conception to completion, supporting Creative Director in managing workload.
  • Perform photo editing and manipulation tasks.
  • Lead initial internal creative review of digital deliverables as assigned.
  • Understand and clarify creative briefs to cover project scope, responsibilities, and necessary tools for completion.
  • Present new design concepts, including rationale for design choices, and how to effectively utilize these designs.
  • Participate in creative project kick off calls, brainstorming sessions and regular check-ins as needed.
  • Identify and complete further education in specialized design functions in support of corporate initiatives.
  • Contribute to monthly innovation sessions, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table for consideration.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by Senior Designers, Creative and Marketing directors as required.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in a design role.
  • Ability to understand and follow creative direction.
  • Unwavering ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Intricate attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Skilled with utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability with navigating and using WordPress (Elementor or similar WP page builders preferred).
  • Team player with a growth mindset, willing to go above and beyond in support of Team MMG's success.
